Temax XPS with grooved surface is made upon request of the customers. Grooving on the surface of the product is done with high-tech cutting devices. A product with a surface processed in this way helps the absorption of the adhesive, consequently being mostly used in applications where final layers will need additional adhesion. It is also widely used in the construction of building foundations, where the channels ensure good concrete adhesion. Thanks to the folding edges, the extruded board additionally retains its insulating properties and provides easy installation.
